This policy explains what information Reflex collects through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing site and its demo request form. Our products have their own in app privacy terms.

When you submit the demo request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, the product you are interested in, and optionally your phone number and a message. We do not ask for payment information on this site.
We also collect basic usage data automatically, such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser type, and device. This is standard analytics data and is not used to identify you personally.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your demo request, schedule a conversation, and follow up about the Reflex products relevant to you. We use usage data to understand how the site performs and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your demo request details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Demo form submissions are sent securely to our internal systems through an outbound webhook, where our team handles them. We also rely on trusted providers for hosting and analytics, including Vercel for hosting and site analytics and Google Analytics for usage measurement. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
